Returns and Refunds


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


Return Process

To return an item, please email customer services at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After reveiving an RMA number, place the items securely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase and send to the following address:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any made to order item
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
